History of Duke NUS Med Tech SIG

The MedTech Student Interest Group formed in 2014 is a student body that has a strong passion for the invention and advancement of medical technologies.

Our Vision

The society envision to benefit the Duke NUS community through the following means:

• Help the community gain greater awareness of the latest advancements of medical technologies and their associated benefits.
• Provide the platform for the community to network and engage other passionate individuals who are interested in medical technologies.
• Create research and academic opportunities for the Duke NUS community.

Our Mission

The society aims to bring medical students, doctors, engineers, and researchers together, enabling members of Duke-NUS community to discover and apply knowledge for the benefit of human culture and society, and developing their ability and passion to work creatively, wisely, and effectively for the betterment of humankind.
